What happened to the ability to manage connected devices on network?

What happened to the option to mange connected devices on your network? One day, the option was there, the next day it was nowhere to be found. Now I have devices paused that I need to unpause, but can’t. I’ve contacted support via chat, but they act clueless every time. I don’t have time for this stress. Smh

Hi @Ncents, thank you for thinking of the Xfinity Forums for help with this app issue! The option to manage your devices should still be available, so let's check into this further. What troubleshooting steps have you tried for the app so far?

Hi! The issue was partially fixed after talking to the 100th customer service agent. They said there is some kind of outage affecting the app. Now I can see the people/devices on my network, but when I click on one to manage devices, there’s an error that says “let’s try that again”. Would you be able to fix that?

I am so sorry to hear that you spoke with that many customer service specialists already regarding these service issues you have been experiencing, that would definitely be frustrating! You have reached the right place, and we would be more than happy to help! I am currently looking through other customers posts with similar issues, and our advanced repair guide to find ways to resolve this as quickly as easily as possible, and other valued Xfinity family members with the same issue reported the easiest way to resolve the issue is to choose "Forget network" on the device in question that is paused, and then once the network is no longer connected and "forgotten", please reconnect to the network, and it should no longer be paused. Can you try that? If that doesn't work, we can try some other troubleshooting steps via DM to helpfully get these issues resolved once and for all.

@XfinityChristopher​ The Xbox does not have an option to forget network, and disconnecting and reconnecting does not work. Are you able to walk me through the process?

@user_ad8206​ Hi, has your issue been resolved? This has been ongoing for me since 4/20 and it amazes me that Xfinity hasn’t fixed the issue yet.
