where did all my devices go on the app

I can't see any of my profiles with my devices on the app ever since the tech guy replaced the router. They will still pause when the time limit is reached, but I can't unpause or access them at all.

The tv's and laptops are assigned per each child with downtime and time limits. I have no way to access their devices to turn them on or off because everything is missing from the app.

@mmcalpine2006 Thank you for reaching out to us via Forums to make us aware that you're also missing your devices on the app. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?

 

Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem?
