WiFi tab missing

Good evening,

I’ve talked Xfinity chat support and nothing has helped. 

I moved to a new WiFi ready apartment and got the internet running but the wifi tab does not show up on my app so I cannot configure anything. Has anyone had luck with getting the WiFi tab on their app to show up after it not being there?
