MY xfinity app is not working and wont let me log in and brings me to log in thru internet; not the app. I need to refresh.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with the Xfinity app . Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? it should ask you when you log in to verify the device through the Xfinity app or you can click on other options where you can receive a call or a text message To authenticate the usage of that device
