Xfinity App for phone

I enter my information to sign in onto the app but I get a message stating “Access denied,” and some sort of link. I’ve tried every method I could think of: uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, and clearing cache. Nothing has worked. Any ideas why and how to fix this would be great. Thanks.
