Xfinity app issues

After getting my modem replaced today, the Xfinity app no longer has any features or options available other than the Pay Bill section. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, logged out and logged back in, and restarted my phone but nothing has fixed the issue. There is no fix online when I look it up. The in-app assistant provides the same answer to every question I have about the issue. Not sure what to do now.
