Xfinity App Issues

Hello, I seem to be having issues with the Xfinity app. I think I am missing features and get the "Sorry, that didn't go as planned" message when I hit the search bar. I'm trying to activate my gateway device and don't see a tab for activation.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you were having, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! Our team is awesome to work with because we'll always do everything we can to review and resolve issues quickly. To start, what troubleshooting have you done so far (i.e. logging out, force-closing the app, clearing the app's cache, uninstalling and re-installing the app, etc.)? Or has this since been resolved and you've been able to activate your Gateway? Either way, we'd love to hear from you when you get a chance :)
