Xfinity App missing information

I recently setup connection with xfinity, the app doesn't show any information, when I click on magnifying glass to search, it show something went wrong. It seems that the account setup was not done correctly by store agent

Live agents cannot help, they ask to logout login. I have already done that multiple times, also have uninstalled the app, ran a reboot
