Xfinity app missing WiFi tab

I had a technician visit today (great guy, genuinely concerned and helpful) and in the process he replaced my gateway. After that, the WiFi and Services tabs no longer show up in my Xfinity app. I tried activating the new gateway after he left, and that was reported as successful, but those tabs still don’t show in my app. All I see are Overview and Account. Please help!

Try deleting the app, then power off, wait a few minutes then power on and re-install. Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it but it didn’t change anything.

user_rloa91 This was a reported known issue that appears to be resolved. Are you able to use the Wi-Fi Tab now?
