I’m having the same exact issue. Both mobile app and the site won’t register our plans. I just got a new modem today, we were trying to set it up. for some reason, When any of us in the household sign in, it just keeps telling me there’s an error and I can’t even get to my account. I really need help with this, and it’s extremely unacceptable that their service is this janky.

Apparently Xfinity IT engineers have resolved whatever issue they were having with the App.
Things seem to be working as expected today.

I just got this as well--right after I set up the modem/router. I will wait a couple of days in case my account is so new it just has to sync.
Should I delete the iOS app and reinstall? The only thing is that it says it will delete all the data...
