Xfinity App Unusable
Whenever I log in to the Xfinity app, I immediately get the error message “Sorry, We’re Having Some Trouble.” I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and verified that the app is fully up to date. I am a new customer and am currently trying to set up my xfi gateway. I was halfway through the installation process before this error message started appearing, rendering the app useless. I’ve been troubleshooting since yesterday and have found no solutions whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated.
