xfinity app will not process My Cart

I wanted to Customize My Plan in the Xfinity app or online @ xfinity.com. It pulled up Offers and I have it in My Cart.

It is saying:

Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site.

Try again

I have called and chatted with every Xfinity entity in Customer Service, Technical and Billing and no one can help. Since I cannot apparently send screenshots to anyone here is the text of what is in the cart:
