Xfinity assistant doesn't open, just make like is going to open but then goes blank. Using a Note 20, in Xfinity app. Online send you a error search.

Thanks for reaching out. We are aware of this issue and working on a solution. In the meantime a workaround for this is to set your default browser to chrome than try again.
