Xfinity disappeared from my tv menu list

Xfinity disappeared from my tv app lost.  What do I need to add back to get my guide and channels?

Hello @user_57e8fa, and thank you for reaching out to us about the app going missing from your TV. Is the app not showing up in available downloads on the device when you go into the app store?

@XfinityEricB​ My xfinity controls for moth Samsung TVs do not work.  I used the Samsung control and a universal control for volume.  

I live at Century Village, a 55 and older community.  I pay monthly through my association fee.  But in the past, I got the customer service number for service.  Now that number is only for billing.  is there a different telephone number for technical service?

@XfinityEricB​ I have never seen an app for available downloads.  But, again, my sfinity control is not working.
