Xfinity Hotspots
I used the Xfinity app to auto connect to the various Xfinity Hotspots (xfinity wifi/ Xfinity mobile/ XFINITY). After I changed my account password, I was forced to sign in to the app again and now I can't connect to any of the three Xfinity Hotspot signals. I called customer service numerous times just for the untrained agent to tell me to reset my modem. My modem at home has absolutely nothing to do with Xfinity hotspots out in the world! I have un-installed and reinstalled the app numerous times but the "Auto connect" button only leads to am error screen. I've cleared my cache and cookies so that's not it. Please Help!

Thank you for reaching out @KingHilton I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your access to hotspots. Have you tried to forget the network and then reconnect?
