Xfinity keeps signing me out on Apple Ipad

Xfinity won’t keep me signed in on Ipad. Very frustrating. Everytime I open IPad to use it, it makes me sign in. Has been doing this for about one week!

user_aeibjd, Thanks so much for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Give this a try: make sure the Xfinity app is updated with the latest version and turn off two-step verification in your Xfinity Account settings. It is also good to make sure you are not using private browsing. If this doesn't work, try re-installing the app. Let me know if you still need assistance.

I have tried the above. Not sure if it started after an update or not but cleared things and is still signing me out. Also makes me sign into my Etsy account each time also. Very frustrating.

That is very odd that it would cause you to have to re-log in to your Etsy account also. Let's look deeper into this.

Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
