Xfinity not not allowing me to change device details
Greetings, after my new install, the technician notified me that the app is working correctly.. not understanding the magnitude, when I started adding devices, I would get a notification of a new device add but could not see the details nor change the name. Just a constant refresh of the page. When I got to post here, I get bumped back to a new message screen.. seems not much is working.. help!!

@user_a84x2m Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! Depending on when the technician installed your equipment, it can take up to 72 hours for everything to fully update and sync in the Xfinity app. During this time, some device details and customization options may not be available.
If it’s been less than 72 hours, we recommend giving it a little more time and then trying again. In the meantime, you can try restarting your gateway and logging out and back into the Xfinity app to see if that helps refresh the information sooner.
