Hi, I need help restoring the Pause Device and Downtime Schedule features on my Xfinity app. I use these to manage my son's internet access and after the app auto-updated to version 5.7, the Profiles section is completely gone and with it all the pause and downtime schedule options. I have reinstalled the app 4 times and the issue is still there. Other users on the forum are reporting the exact same bug after the 5.7 update. I need the pause and downtime schedule features restored so I can control my son's devices. Can you please fix this on the backend for my account? Thank you.
