Xfinity VPN

I recently installed the Xfinity VPN on my phone via (I think) the Xfinity app. I’m trying to add the VPN on my iPad now and can’t figure out how. I’ve downloaded the Xfinity app and can’t seem to find that setting.

Hey there @joep3! Thanks for connecting with the community here on the Xfinity Support Forums. This feature hasn't been fully released yet, so we don't have all the support tools for it at this time--it was released in error at the last update of the Xfinity App. A new update will be coming out to correct this.

 

In the meantime, we're recommending customers delete the profile to avoid any slow downs of their speeds or other issues with their devices. NOTE: This currently only affects customers with Apple devices, Android are unaffected at this time.

 

To remove the VPN profile:

  1. Delete the Xfinity app.
  2. Reinstall the Xfinity app from the Apple App Store.
  3. Log in with your Xfinity ID and password.
