I want to thank Linda for all her help getting my cable working again. I am electronically challenged and had tried for 2 hours to figure out what was wrong & failed. I don't even want to know how high my blood pressure went. Sweet Linda was very calm and walked me through every step with humor which was exactly what I needed. All was resolved guickly.
