Ann - great customer service
There was no survey after our call, but I wanted to thank Ann for her great customer service. I had called a week ago to transfer my service and change my plan, and she let me know what options I had without talking in circles and efficiently addressed my needs. She called me back today and let me know she was monitoring my case and noticed there was an issue, asked if I still wanted to proceed with the edits we made a week prior, and quickly fixed the issue. She has a great attitude, is very friendly, and is very good at what she does. I'm super grateful she was monitoring my case (out of tens/hundreds I'm sure!) and saved me a ton of time and frustration had my service not transferred correctly. Wanted to send my appreciation to her, thank you Ann!
