Best employee!

Veronika deserves a raise. I don’t often leave reviews, let alone track down to write a review. But I have to with her, she was crazy knowledgeable about any issue I came across. (There were quite a lot too and not all were normal “new service” issues either) I’ve had a Comcast email and worked with xfinity for years but have always had non stop issues after a representative would help me. With her? It was like any issue that came up, there was no worry. Crazy smart, super calm and overall very friendly. Give her a raise and more!
