Complements and an expression of gratitude for Xfinity agent Marvin

Marvin was helpful, patient, and calm through several supportive calls in the process of transferring service for my iPhone from AT&T to Xfinity. Whereas other agents had promised to call back and did not-----Marvin followed through several times to the benefit of Xfinity's reputation for customer service. I'm an 83 yr old technophobe and Marvin grasped my difficulty in keeping track of the process. He called back again today to confirm that the transfer was made successfully. Xfinity has an exemplary employee
