COMPLIMENT

I want to take the time to compliment one of the representatives from xfinity mobile. Rosemary M. ( ID: [Edited: "Personal Information"]). I hitting my head against the well with other reps before her. I should have had my xfinity mobile service started on 12-26-25 and it didnt get activated until 12/31/25. that is way too long and i had to go without service for that time. She is the only one who noticed the errors made by previous reps and stayed with me on the phone to ensure I would get service and also called the next day to continue. one of the reps said a sim will need to be mailed. Rosemary was able to do esim for one of the devices so i wouldn't have to wait. She is so smart and she deserves a raise or management position to guide other reps how to be better.
