Customer Service Praise

Our technician, Michael C, who set up our wifi this past Wednesday was absolutely phenomenal. Super friendly, very approachable, and clearly knowledgeable. He did a phenomenal job setting up our wifi, talking me through great updates to Xfinity, and overall made me feel super informed and comfortable about my purchases. I originally did not want a professional to install my wifi and thought I could do it myself, but I was definitely wrong. I don't think we'd be online with Michael! It's been such a stressful week of incompetent service/repair people coming to my house, Michael was a breath of fresh air lol
