Customer Service Survey
I was assisted today by Sumith. Before I could complete the end of chat survey my phone died.
Sumith did a wonderful job and I wanted to make sure that proper recognition was received.
When the chat began I was so upset because for days my home internet service has been randomly disconnecting. Sumith not only fixed the issue but found a better plan for me in the process.
My expectations were not high but I was blown away by the level of service received. I was initially down on Xfinity service but after the chat I feel completely different!
