Customer service

I just wanna give a shout out to Joel for he was on the phone with me for an hour and worked his [Edited: "Language"] off to make sure someone could get to my house tomorrow he helped me become a manager on my wife’s account he was very patient and super kind the entire time I truly hope he sees this he did so well and he had a great sense of humor definitely need more people like that in customer service that man needs a raise I know for a fact that had to have been at least a little stressful but he did wonderful
