Excellent Customer Service from Ray

Hi,

I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from Ray. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional during our interaction. Ray took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It's not every day you come across someone so dedicated and kind — she truly made a difference in my experience with Xfinity.
