Excellent Customer Service - Mike (Mykyta) [Edited]
I have had several issues with my internet/wifi service over the last couple of weeks that could not be corrected remotely, nor during two on-site visits to correct the problems. Mike (Mykyta) [Edited: "Personal Information"] was then dispatched. When he arrived, I explained in detail what was happening, and Mike could clearly see my frustration. Mike immediately took ownership of the problem. He assured me he would figure it out and make sure the Internet/Wi-Fi would be running as it should be. He tested, checked all the wiring outside and inside the house, and the Xfinity modem. He corrected issues both with the wiring and software, and all is running better than it ever did.
I’m a retired AT&T manager, and I have had the pleasure to work with many techs over the years, but Mike really impressed me. His “CAN DO” attitude, technical expertise, and customer service skills turned a bad situation into a win for Xfinity! He really likes what he does, and it shows. In this day and age it’s rare to see anyone in the service industry “go above and beyond”. So if you get Mike (Mykyta) [Edited: "Personal Information"] to work on a home/business issue, know that you’re in excellent hands!!
