Excellent service!

I wanted to leave feedback upon completing the chat but the opportunity wasn’t given.

i hope this makes it back to Shruti and Vikas… I am very grateful for polite, patient and thorough assistance solving my issue. They both were an absolute pleasure to chat with. It took some time and connecting twice to CS. Both of these people are assets as humans!
