Fantastic experience with Sandhiya
I had a conversation with Sandhiya regarding my connection issues and they were absolutely amazing. Sadly, the end-of-chat survey glitched and wouldn't let me submit. They were a joy to talk to and I hope I can get them the at least some of the recognition they deserve.
