Feedback Regarding Recent Chats

Ankita & Sapinder were the most helpful chat support agents. I tried to give them both 10/10 for their knowledge, soft spoken nature and great energy overall but neither chat prompted for the survey after i ended it. How can i ensure they both get a 10/10 rating?

Sure, i was receiving calls from Xfinity and no one left a voicemail so i spoke to two chat agents about my issues with that. They both thoroughly reviewed my account and walked me through all the steps and even explained my coverage and services. I'm in Memphis TN. These were online agents. I wanted to give them 10/10 on their surveys but the system never sent it to me after i ended the chat.
