I recently got a call on my iPhone asking me to rate the recent call ai had ith one of your colleagues.  He knew everything there was to know about my replacement wireless modem.  After he got me back and running I told him that on a scale of 1 to 10 he was about a 15!  He really was that good.  There was no way for me to respond tp the text I received and I want to make sure he gets recognized.  I've been a customer since 1993 and not all calls have gone like thins one
