Going on day 3 of outages

For the past two days my internet service has been intermittent at best and fully out a lot of the time.  I keep getting messages about ‘improved’ service but all I’m getting are outages.  I work full time from home and must find alternative work locations when there are extended outages.  I want to know when this will be done.  I chatted today and I was assuredly they finished today, but I just got a text they’ll be working again tomorrow.  These outages are UNACCEPTABLE!
