Great customer service experience

After not getting anywhere online trying to leave regular Xfinity today, 4/6/25, them been charging me $122/mo, I drove 10 minutes to the local store in Memphis - 8361 US-64, Memphis, TN 38133. in less than 20 minutes, JASMINE ased what I needed, why I wanted to switch, asked me if I wanted to look at other options, I told her I had already reviewed them online, and she proceeded to cancel my regular service and place the order for Xfinity NOW.  10 minute drive home, took out the old router, installed the new one, followed the instructions from the QR code link, and in less than 20 minutes at home, I was watching YouTube TV.  Thank you JASMINE for the great conversation and not being the typical pushy salesperson I've encountered numerous times on the phone!
