Great customer service!

I was very anxious to call Xfinity to cancel my services and I procrastinated until I was being billed for the services I wasn’t using anymore. I called customer services and Mike from Egpyt picked up in seconds and was very hospitable! He cancelled my services and never pressured me into continuing them. He even went as far as to get me credit back so I wouldn’t have to pay for a full month of unused services! I really appreciated his kindness and respect and I am far less anxious to call Xfinity in the future.
