issues when filling out after chat feedback

I hit end was on mobile, I the app and I waited and it never loaded after 2 mins+. I really want to give an agent kudos.

I want to give 10/10 kudos for Verdant who took my chat today.

He work hard to get my discount and took his time, I truly appreciate the extra care I got from him. Give him a raise and a cookie.

The servey did not populate after the chat and I could not let Verdant down.

So again keep more agents like him who cares, and xfinity will be able to reach for the stars because without your front line workers being this kind you would not get far.

Again Verdant is amazing and needs a pizza party or whatever indias equivalent is.
