kudos and gold star to Tee
Today. march 1st 2024 I( around 3pm)I contacted comcast to discuss the price increase in my bill,
Before making the call. I took a deep breath not sure of how i was going to be able to lower my bill.
The call was answered by Tee. He was friendly and immediately began to help me problem solve the situation.
He spent time asking questions and giving me informational ways that could help to reduce my bill
He never made me feel rushed. He answered all my questions patiently and I felt like comcast cared about keeping me as a customer. He thanked me for my continued patronage,
You have a gold star employee!! He has all the right qualities to represent comcast.
