This morning I was chatting with Vaishnavi and I wanted to give feedback or leave a review. After ending the chat, I was not given any prompts to do so. I hope this review finds the right person/people. I started a chat for troubleshooting purposes and Vaishnavi was a 10 out of 10, very patient with me and beyond helpful. You made a daunting task, pleasurable and I appreciate that. Thank you for helping me, you are very good at what you do.

Received exceptional and expeditious service...

Visited the store located in Jessup, MD (7351 Assteague Dr. Suite #210) to close-out my account. Upon entry I was immediately greated with a warm welcome and advised I would be seen within no less than 5 mins. True  to their word after checking me, in under five minutes, I was greeted by Mr. Adam Bernard (Lead Sales Consultant) who instantly recognized my need and quickly helped me close-out my account with ease. Not only did he help close out my account, he provided me with additional information for future reintegration when ready. I must say, he ensured I left well informed of all my potential offers. especially the one regarding a "60 month $55 dollar rate for internet, cellphone, and modem etc.) This experience left me more than satisfied, but also assured that I can rely on Xfinity for future services when ready. I look forward to coming back, and particularly working with Mr. Adam Bernard a vital asset to Xfinity and any consumer he works with. Thank you for having such and competent but also consumer friendly team!
