i obviously had the same survey issue like everyone else did. So frustrating i spent hours looking for the "dm" button. I was helped by
Prajwal. I feel so awful that i couldnt give him a 10 on the survey. He was incredibly polite, acknowledgable, and patient with all my questions all over and over again. i'm so sorry
