Need to leave review for Amit and Snehal in the billing department

I just wanted to make absolutely positive that the higher ups of both of these two representatives were aware that Amit and Snehal were incredible people to work with. 

Amit was incredibly patient with me, helped me with everything, and is the only reason why I'm still with Xfinity. I sadly wasn't able to properly say thank you as we got disconnected. I was going to ask for his supervisor in order to make sure they were aware what incredible service they provided me with. Because we got disconnected, I waited for a queue of over 130+ people and Snehal was able to tell me that she'd get this information to him and to their higher ups as well! I couldn't believe it, honestly. 

I feel very lucky I was able to connect with them in order to be able to at least get something positive out there about these two. I haven't received an individual survey for them yet, and cannot find where to post about them on Google, so I came here.
