No survey. Great Customer! 11 out of 10!

I spoke with a rep I believe named Manasi. Wanted to rate them as high as possible. They were great. Xfinity needs to fix this. Customer service work [Edited: "Language"] as it is. I've worked in call centers and currently work in a very customer service heavy job. It's important to let these people who are killing it know how well they're doing to encourage them. I really appreciated everything this rep did for me. Hope this reaches them. Keep up the great work! Oh and they said it was their first day!
