I received a phone I did not order.  I have call customer service 4 times.  They said they would send to, my email, a shipping label.  After 3 weeks I have not received a shipping label.  They also charged me $50 for a free hone that I did not order.  They also want to charge my account for $35 to return it and will refund me later.  Why do I have to pay 35 for something you sent me.  If this does not get resolved soon and you take another $50+ I will cancel xfinity and seek legal help.
