My assistant, Anusha. Was of great help to me she was able to assist me in setting up my new modem and was very polite and knowledgable she deserves a raise.

The online assistant needs to upgraded.  You need to add a prompt for live agent. I just spent 2 hours trying to get a live person and then after talking about my problems she put me on hold and after 10 minutes I was disconnected.  
I am getting very frustrated with xfinity service.  I love the product but if I switch it will be because the service has gone down in the last few years.
