Positive feedback thwarted
Just tried to leave positive feedback for an agent named Ritika after I couldn't do so on the chat. And it crashed. Way to go xfinity. I've wasted countless hours over 31 years of patronage, and one of the rare times I want to give a shout out you [Edited: "Language"] up, too. That's why I have already terminated 2 mobile lines and am in the process of terminating 2 internet accounts. Apologies Mr. Ritika: You deserve better.
