Hi, my name is Lauren. I had issues with canceling my internet service after moving out of my apartment & receiving a full refund for the extra monthly charges. After going through many hoops and speaking with several agents, I wanted to specifically leave a positive review for Suraj.

Suraj was the chat agent I worked with today (June 7th, 2025 around 9:15am Central Time). He was the agent who finally resolved this issue for me.

Suraj scheduled 2 calls for me (since the first call got disconnected), stayed communicative with me on the chat until the second call was completed, ensured I got confirmation, gave me tips on what questions to ask on the phone, and was very kind.
