Ratings I rate Stephanie a 10 across the board

I just want to say how wonderful Stephanie [Edited: "Personal Information"] was to me and my friend. She went above and beyond to help us. She literally explained everything and she was very kind and she also spent over two hrs helping me upgrade and get an I phone in which I’ve never had.i just can’t say enough about how pleasant she was… I would give her a Ten all they way around.u guys should have more people like Stephanie working for you.
