Saying thanks to Gagan & Devesh!

I would like to compliment Gagan, the Xfinity chat agent I worked with yesterday, on his excellent customer service and friendly, upbeat attitude. Tech problems are not fun, but he made the experience very pleasant. I felt like he really did everything he could to help me and went above and beyond in his customer service. He was patient, kind, and helpful. He should be promoted or paid more so he can train others to be just as great! The app did not redirect me to a feedback survey as expected after our conversation, so I just wanted to make sure he received the credit he deserved. Thank you, Gagan!

I went back to the Xfinity support chat to try to figure out how I could give Gagan good feedback when the survey did not appear, and another very nice agent named Devesh also assisted me (although the feedback survey was still not working, which brings me here). He was also very helpful, kind, and friendly, and I would like for him to get the credit he deserves too. I hope that all of Xfinity was more like Gagan & Devesh because they were both truly fantastic agents. Thank you!
