Thank you Harpreet!

I just wanted to leave a thank you for live agent Harpreet who recently helped me. They were fast, knowledgeable and personable! I was frustrated with Xfinity upon starting the chat but by the end they made me feel heard and solved the problem. I was hoping to give them praise after ending the chat, but I was never given the option for a survey, please pass this along!
