Thank You

Dear Comcast Team, I hope this message reaches the right eyes and hearts. I felt led to simply say thank you. Over the past few months, I’ve experienced some unexpected financial setbacks. Even during times when my bill was small by comparison, I wasn’t in a position to pay it. I wasn’t proud of that, and I certainly didn’t expect the continued grace I received from your team. Each time I’ve spoken with a representative, I’ve been met with compassion, patience, and genuine human kindness. The agents who reached out to discuss my account didn’t just feel like customer service — they felt like wellness checks. I always felt heard and never judged, and that meant the world to me. Although my circumstances haven’t yet shifted as I’d hoped, the ability to still access the internet has kept me connected to the world, allowed me to search for opportunities, find moments of peace through music or shows, and even hold on to hope. These are things I once took for granted — but not anymore. I’m not writing to ask for anything — only to express sincere gratitude. To every agent who took the time to listen and extend grace: thank you. You were part of Divine timing in more ways than one, and I don’t take it lightly.
